Shareable Links

Shareable Links let you share your VLTRON conversations with others, even if they don't have an account.

How It Works

1. Create or continue a conversation
2. Click the Share button
3. Generate a unique shareable link
4. Share the link with anyone
5. Recipients can view the conversation

Creating a Shareable Link

1. Open a conversation
2. Click the Share button in the top right
3. Choose sharing options:
   • View only: Recipients can only view
   • With comments: Recipients can add comments
4. Copy the generated link

What Recipients See

• The full conversation history
• All messages and responses
• Any shared documents or images
• A clean, readable interface

Sharing Options

Public Link

• Anyone with the link can view
• No account required
• Read-only access

Private Link

• Only people you specify can view
• Requires VLTRON account
• Can be revoked at any time

Managing Shared Links

1. Go to Settings > Shared Links
2. View all your shared conversations
3. See who has accessed the links
4. Revoke access for any link
5. Edit sharing permissions

Tips

• Review before sharing: Check what you're sharing
• Use private links: For sensitive content
• Set expiration: Links can expire after a set time
• Monitor access: See who has viewed your shared content

Privacy

• You control what gets shared
• Shared conversations don't include your account information
• You can revoke access at any time
• Shared links don't expose your other conversations
