Scheduled Chats let you automate recurring tasks and schedule conversations with VLTRON.

What You Can Do

• Schedule messages: Send messages to VLTRON at specific times
• Recurring tasks: Set up daily, weekly, or monthly automated tasks
• Reminders: Get reminders for important deadlines
• Automated workflows: Create multi-step automated processes

How to Schedule

1. Start a conversation with VLTRON
2. Click the Schedule button
3. Choose when to send the message:
   • Once: Send at a specific date and time
   • Recurring: Set up a repeating schedule
4. Customize the message and settings
5. Save and confirm

Use Cases

Daily Standup

Schedule a daily message: "Give me a summary of my tasks for today"

Weekly Report

Schedule a weekly message: "Generate my weekly progress report"

Reminder

Schedule a one-time message: "Remind me about the meeting tomorrow at 2pm"

Research

Schedule recurring research: "Find the latest news about AI every Monday"

Managing Scheduled Chats

1. Go to Scheduled Chats in the sidebar
2. View all your scheduled conversations
3. Edit, pause, or delete any schedule
4. See history of completed scheduled chats

Tips

• Be specific: Write clear messages for scheduled chats
• Check timezone: VLTRON uses your local timezone
• Review results: Check scheduled chat results regularly
• Adjust as needed: Modify schedules based on results
