Message Actions

Message Actions let you interact with individual messages in your conversations.

Available Actions

Copy

• Copy the full message text
• Copy code blocks separately
• Copy formatted content

Edit

• Edit your own messages
• Correct typos or add details
• VLTRON will regenerate its response

Regenerate

• Ask VLTRON to try again
• Get a different response to the same message
• Useful if the first response wasn't satisfactory

Pin

• Pin important messages
• Access them quickly from the pinned section
• Reference key information easily

Share

• Share individual messages
• Create a link to a specific message
• Share with people who don't have VLTRON

Delete

• Remove messages from the conversation
• Clean up conversation history
• Remove sensitive information

How to Access

Desktop

• Hover over any message
• Click the action icons that appear
• Use the three-dot menu for more options

Mobile

• Long-press on a message
• Select the action from the menu
• Swipe for quick actions

Tips

• Pin important messages: Keep key information accessible
• Use regenerate: Get better responses when needed
• Edit for clarity: Correct misunderstandings quickly
• Share selectively: Share only what's needed

Privacy

• Deleted messages are permanently removed
• Pinned messages are only visible to you
• Shared messages follow your sharing settings
• Edit history is not retained
