Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, VLTRON provides a secure password reset process.

How to Reset Your Password

From the Login Page

1. Go to chat.vltron.com
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset instructions
5. Click the reset link in the email
6. Create a new strong password
7. Log in with your new password

From Your Account

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password
5. Confirm your new password
6. Save changes

Password Requirements

Your new password must:

• Be at least 12 characters long
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character
• Not be the same as your previous passwords
• Not be a common password

Security Tips

• Use a unique password: Don't reuse passwords from other sites
• Use a password manager: Store passwords securely
• Enable 2FA: Add extra security with two-factor authentication
• Don't share: Never share your password with others

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email
• Wait a few minutes and try again
• Contact support if the issue persists

Link expired?

• Password reset links expire after 24 hours
• Request a new reset link
• Use the new link promptly

Account locked?

• Too many failed attempts may lock your account
• Wait 15 minutes and try again
• Contact support for assistance
