Salesforce MCP Server

The Salesforce MCP server lets VLTRON interact with your Salesforce CRM data directly from chat.

What It Can Do

• Accounts & Contacts: Search, view, and manage customer records
• Opportunities: Track deals and pipeline
• Cases: View and manage support cases
• Custom Objects: Query any Salesforce object

How to Connect

Salesforce integration is available through VLTRON's MCP server system. Once connected, VLTRON can access your Salesforce data when you ask it to.

Getting Started

1. Go to Settings > MCP Servers
2. Add the Salesforce server
3. Authenticate with your Salesforce account
4. Start chatting with access to your CRM data

Privacy

VLTRON only accesses Salesforce data when you explicitly ask it to. Your data is processed securely and is not stored beyond the current conversation.
